Changes to the default location for.DSV files

In version 0.9.5, the default location for.DSV files changed. Previously, the.DSV file was located in the ROM directory. However, this location has now been changed to the emulator directory in /.config/resume. Users on Windows and OSX can still use the path configuration to point to the appropriate location. To avoid duplication.DSV files, open a Finder window, and navigate to the directory.DSV file is located.

If your computer’s default location for.DSV files have changed. You can make some changes. First, ensure that the DSV file format supports your current version of DeSmuME. You can also scan the file with an antivirus application. If the DSV file has been corrupted, try opening it in a newer software version.

The latest version of Desmume introduces new support for high-resolution 3D rendering. The game can be run at higher resolutions by increasing the GPU scaling factor. Further improvements to the Windows and Cocoa frontends include the elimination of the troubleshooting info bug in the Windows version. Wi-Fi emulation was also extensively improved, though it remains unavailable in Desmume. A game-specific hacks library has been implemented internally.
